All programs will be skill-based only, as per guidelines of the BC Government and Via Sport, and all athletes must follow our health and safety protocols, no exceptions. As regulations change, we will modify the programs. Space is limited for all programs.

July Monday Grade 1-4: Rising Stars Program

This program is all about skill development and game play. The girls will be introduced to the full rules of the game, and learning new skills - ball handling, attack moves, rebounding, defense etc. This basketball environment is all about having fun and growing as a player in an encouraging environment!

Date & Time: Mondays 6:30pm-7:10pm - July 5, 12, 19, 26
Location: Pemberton Hall

July Wednesdays Grade 5-7: Skills & Game Play

This program is all Game Play and skill development, but mostly game play. This basketball environment is all about having fun and growing as a player in an encouraging and competitive environment! Note this is an outdoor program.

Location: West Vancouver Secondary - outdoor courts

June: 3 Week High School GAME Program: Wednesday

This program is all about applying the skills the girls have been working on all year. The girls will have a warm-up and then play games!

Date & Time: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm - June 16, 23, 30
Location: Rockridge Secondary School

July Grade 8-11: Game Play

This program is all small gameplay 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 vs 3. The girls will focus on movement and spacing and playing in a competitive environment.

Date & Time: Mondays 7:15pm-8:30pm - July 5, 12, 19, 26
Location: Pemberton Hall

July High School Skills Games: Grade 8-11

This program is all about games, we will have 15 min of skills to start then competitive game play!

Date & Time: Wednesdays 6:45-8:00pm - July 7, 14, 21, 28
Location: West Vancouver Secondary - outdoor courts


ALL AGES: Small Group Outdoor training is available upon request. Please e-mail us directly if you have a group of athletes who wish to have additional outdoor small group training. In your email, include the age group, day(s) of the week you would like training, location, as well as preferred times. Please note that space is limited and spots are filling up for July and August.


Please note that parents/spectators will not be allowed into the gym and players are to show up no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start time of the program for health screening.

Space is limited per program, registration is on a first come basis.


Terms & Conditions

No refunds will occur once you have registered unless a program is cancelled due to health regulations by the BC Government / Health Minister.
If you are sick or feeling unwell, have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or do no pass our health screening each session, players will not be allowed to participate.
All players/guardians must sign and abide by our Safety Plan Document prior to the first training session.
